All Levels Yoga combines traditional yoga postures and breath work. No yoga experience necessary. Modifications will be announced, as well as options to challenge yourself. Yoga mats are recommended. Build strength, flexibility, balance and learn methods to reduce stress.

Facilitator:

Katie Harris:  Katie has practiced yoga in the Memphis area for several years.  Her love for yoga led her to receive her 200-hour certification in June of 2009.  Katie has touched many lives, helping to keep the body and the spirit young.
